Front desk staff were excellent; breakfast great; rooms very nicely appointed and clean. Overall very pleased. Our toilet was clogged when we arrived, but they called in maintenance and repaired it within a few hours.

*warning* Do not stay at this property. we planned a trip for our teenage daughters birthday to see Elton John in Vegas. I had everything planned months in advance. We flew into Vegas and headed to our hotel the Staybridge, across the street from Allegiant stadium. we were told by the employees at the front desk that we canceled our room. We did not. We were then told booking canceled our room which they didnt, we contacted them while trying to check in. Then we were told even though our reservation was held with a credit card and it was pay at the hotel, that there was something wrong with our credit card holding the room. There wasnt anything wrong with our card. We were told by the two employees sorry we dont have a room for you. We are in Vegas 1 hour to the Elton John concert starting and we dont have a hotel room. The employees said they would help us find another hotel and a cab, they did not. they made no additional moves to help us. Once we had a booking agent on the phone, they contacted the hotel directly and they had to release our booking so we wouldnt be charged for a hotel room that we didnt stay in. The booking agent was amazing. He found a hotel on the other side of Vegas for us to stay the night (everything was sold out in the city because of Elton and a car show and all the other shows they do there). While calling the Marriott and other hotels near the stadium to find a room, we were told that Staybridge does this all the time. They cancel reservations made weeks or months in advance at a decent price for more money for the room when demand is high. This is hands down the worst experience with a hotel that Ive ever had and weve traveled a lot. it took us hours to get an Uber after the concert that was willing to take us to the North end of Vegas. There were hundreds of people waiting for taxis and Ubers after the concert, charging 3-4 times normal rates. We are grateful for the driver that picked us up after waiting hours.

Everything was most excellent, from the super friendly shuttle driver to the front staff. Room was super comfortable and the bed and pillows were outstanding! Best hotel breakfast that Ive experienced in a long time!

Our check in clerk, provided amazing service and let us check in early! The rooms in the suite were very spacious and a super comfortable bed. It was very close to the airport for our departure the next day. Excellent omelette breakfast !
